Metal industry in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County

Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county is located in the north-eastern part of Hungary. The county is mainly famous for his agriculture and food industry. These sectors have serious traditions in our area.
But the metal industry is very important in the county’s economical life too. Many metal industrial companies operate in the county and many of them take share in the Go & Learn project too. The metal industrial companies work in all parts of the county, these companies show it, because either of them works in Nyíregyháza, which city is the capital of the county, the other company works in Vásárosnamény, which city is near to the Ukrainian-Hungarian border and this city is the central of Bereg area. The third company works in Fehérgyarmat, which is the central of Szatmár. These companies produce high quality products and they take share in vocational practical training.

Fémsystem Ltd. - Nyíregyháza

The company was established in 1992 ,its owners are local individuals, the number of the employees are 24 and the main activity is producing metal building components. Theworkshops, the offices and the machines are their private ownership, the employees are high-qualified.The company hasn’t got publicdebt, under the iractivity they never got a punishment on the field of labor, safety and other infringement.
The company is the member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Szabolcs-Szatmár Bereg County and the ALUTA Professional Association of FacadeManufacturers.
From 2002 they have ISO qualification. During the operation they got fourtimes the ALUTA construction and innovation award of excellence (last time in 2012), several times won exhibition awards, once the company got the chamber of commerce and the Hungarian Academy of Sciences joint innovation award and in 2012 the „Metal Construction Producer of the Year” award from the VOSZ local organization.
The most important activities of the company:

• producing, assembling and installation of automatic gates, industrial sectional gates, automatic glassdoors and automation of gates,
• producing and assembling of forged constructions,
• planning and installation of RWA systems( gravitydrainage of heat and smoke),

Nafém Ltd. - Vásárosnamény

Our company deals with small and medium heavy steel structures and assembling on the site. Our plastic powder spraying, burning painting technology provides high quality surface treatment at our modern and well equipped paintshop.
Besides the traditional machinery used for metal working, (lathers, mills, welders, cutting macines, etc) we possess  CNC controlled machines, benders and plasma cutters.

Fipkersz Ltd. - Fehérgyarmat

The company was established on October 1st, 1989. It is fully private property. At present we have 155 employees, and we are the biggest employer in the city and in this area. We do business with several subcontractors in the city. We produce steel stoves and export them to the German and UK market. The yearly volume is about 15000 units. Since the crisis of 2008 the ordered volumes are growing from year to year. We work on base of long-term contracts. With over 15 years of manufacturing experience, we fulfil expectations of our clients as regards delivery time and quality.

We manage a profitable business, our yearly turnover is HUF 1,5 billion. We are growing continuously, we invest into our production facilities. We have the personal and technical conditions necessary for the production for export.
