Valorization of the territory, culture and agro-food production of the FVG region

San Daniele, Sauris, il Collio are three areas of our region characterized by typical food and wine production and culture. Companies in this areas are very open to international markets.

 

 

Developed in collaboration with the Friuli Future Forum initiative, the circuit lasts three afternoons, and foresees visits in 1/2 companies of each territory for groups of teachers/trainers of the Friuli Venezia Giulia schools.

 

During the visits the following topics will be addressed:

 

  • valorization of the territory and of local products like cheese, ham, oil and beer
  • presentation and tasting of agri-food products
  • charcuterie techniques, sensory analysis, ham seasoning techniques
  • agri-food certifications
  • tourist accommodation and valorization of local culture through hospitality
