Waste management

In first module a public company Simbio will present their organization, policy and quality objectives. Participants will be able to learn about the implementation of activities like collection and waste disposal, separating waste collection (requirements and legislation, ecological islands and collection centers), container waste removal and sewage, cleaning of public areas and environment regulation. Methods of communication with public (media), how to raise public awareness, flowing of internal communication and information flow within the company and how to determine the performance indicators of the company will be presented. In the first module, participants will also learn precisely flowing of collecting and waste disposal, field work, customer service, volume of work, you will see the car-machine park and get to know more precisely tracking devices on vehicles.

In the context of an advanced module that will be implemented by Simbio company participants will learn about the operation of the Regional Centre for waste management and modern technology of waste management in facilities with a tour of the waste treatment in MBO, the composting facility, sorting plant, landfills and gas power plants. Further will be presented purification of leachate (presentation and tour) namely wastewater treatment plant with reverse osmosis and Constructed wetlands, requirements of environmental legislation and monitoring the effects on the environment - and how does the thermal treatment of waste in thermal power plant - the incineration look like.
