The aim of the visit is to discover the innovative company which supports business processes in the field of information management as far as to present selected process (workshop – influence of company’s activities on it’s clients and on the market)

• Start of the visit – meeting at the reception at 9.00
• Meeting in the conference room – presentation
• Visiting the Operation Center in Gdansk – workshop on customer service and information management
