Manufacturing and Supply Chain management System: main features and logistics benefits for manufacturing companies

The seminar is structured in two parts.

The first part of the seminar presents the characteristics of Tecnest, a company specialized in Supply Chain Management (SCM) projects and solutions, based on the J-Flex application suite. In particular, the J-Flex APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling) solution to manage production planning processes will be presented.

The second part deals with the description, through company best practices and case studies, of the benefits, in terms of manufacturing and logistics performance, achievable through the implementation of a SCM software solution as J-Flex.
