Presentation of the TPM application within the Brovedani Group

The TPM represents the evolution of the so-called preventive maintenance which was developed in the 50s at the beginning by Japanese leader companies and later adopted by western enterprises.
The proper use of the TPM leads to a more efficient exploitation of facilities and equipment, involves management and workers, and introduces a maintenance methodology adopted by the whole organization based in particularly on a preventive and predictive approach (maintenance based on statistical data). Related to the theme of TPM, it will be also illustrated the "lean leadership" and the re-organization of manifacturing departments, focusing on the Lean approach adopted (Span of Support).

The theoretical reflection lesson will be held at the Factory Model “LEAN EXPERIENCE FACTORY”, where the participants will have a better and deeper understanding of the best practices seen during the Circuit Go & LEAN.
