The Contact Center of Pelayo collaborates with a seminar on Labor Insertion of People with Disabilities, with the "People Without Limits" project. Undoubtedly, we can all be part of a business organization and be Clients, and move from a normal situation to a disability due to an accident or illness. Therefore, it is considered essential to provide continuity in the company to all people, allowing accessible environments, tools, products and services, but most importantly, managing to eliminate the mental barriers of people who do not allow themselves to be accessible to the rest of the Diversity .

A commitment model is presented from the Top Management, which is manifested in manuals and procedures, with protocols adapted in selection, making the description of job positions including human capacity requirements, under accessibility chains to the buildings and the directed training actions to the sensitization of all the staff.

It ends with a tour of the building through the accessible route.

The satisfaction results of the course carried out have been very good, 4.7 points out of a maximum of 5 points.
