REACTION.

Adecco Foundation is the result of the social responsibility assumed by the Adecco Group as a world leader in human resources management. Its main objective is the insertion in the labor market of those people who, due to their personal characteristics, find more difficulties in finding a job.

The Adecco  Foundation carries out labor integration programs to:

- Men and women of +45 years.l
- People with disabilities.
- Women with non-shared family responsibilities or victims of gender violence.
- Ex athletes and athletes of high performance.

In the seminar they will inform about the campaigns that the ADECCO Foundation realizes to support the social inclusion and the labor promotion of people with disability, so that people with special needs develop their capacities like any other.
