1-General presentation: history, brand, products, distribution, work processes, commitments for the future.
2-Production process of large leavened products and chocolate.
3-Meeting with the Production Manager in order to present and show all characteristics of applied production processes. Focus on the skills acquired by the company over the years and on the required ones by the personnel (particularly in relation to the production area).
