From artisanal production to industry

Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the history of one of the most famous Italian brands in the production and processing of chocolate. During the visit, the production process will be observed at its various stages, paying particular attention to the issue related to commercial distribution at both national and international level, including also mass retail and distribution.
