On the one hand, to reduce accidents in a constant way to achieve ZERO accidents, and on the other hand, continuously improve and progressively the levels of safety and health of its employees and the people who collaborate or work in their facilities.

The effort made over the last years in the development and continuous improvement of safety and health management systems in IBERDROLA, allows us to move towards a Healthy Enterprise Model that establishes the general principles and guidelines for
the management of the promotion and protection of the health, safety and welfare of the people employed, including the sustainability of the work environment.
