“Menu” logistics

Participants will be able to personally know the Chef responsible for the study and conception of all menus that are then prepared in the company's central kitchens and distributed to all Flunch restaurants located in the Turin area. In addition, all steps that make up the logistics process will be presented, from conception  to distribution.
