Discovering the flavors of the past

Participants will discover the production cycle of flours starting from grain and corn cultivation of ancient cultivars that have been rediscovered in recent years by the owner. During the visit participants  will be able to observe how a natural stone mill works and also to get to know the production cycle of artisan beer.
