The first part of the seminar is about the company, founding, short history of developing, related to the organizational characteristics.The type of services that company offers: paradise of warm, geothermal swimming  and leisure pools with chutes, slides, flumes and jete, kid´s water park, toddlers´play pools, ball park, cryotherapy, etc.

Then the practical aspects of the quality, safety and environment management systems and  constant hygienic supervision are presented. This presentation is in preparation for the following visit to the all of aquapark (about 90 minutes).

Main subjects presented during the seminar:

• natural resource of geothermal water
• detailed description of offered services (aquapark, accommodation, congreses)
• studying customer´s  needs
• monitoring and innovation of services
• monitoring services of competing companies

The second part of the seminar is the visit of aquapark, the hotels and congres hall (about 90 minutes).

The third part of the seminar is the discussion about first part and visiting of AQUACITY and swimming in the pools of aquapark (about 60 - 120 minutes).
