Since 1972 WEFA supplies Flat and Porthole Extrusion Dies (up to 18 inches in diameter) for profiles to various industries, which include solar, architectural, electronic, and car-manufacturing.
We provide sound solutions for sophisticated profiles with tight tolerances and superb surface finish.
Our CVD coated dies for profiles with low wall thickness – such as precision round tube and heat exchangers – are almost maintenance and correction-free.
The CVD coating process for extrusion dies is a WEFA patent sold under the trademark CED (Coated Extrusion Dies).
