SAVIOTECH is able to offer its clients co-design projects, engineering, implementation and manufacturing skills, as a result of the long expertise in the use of nearly all the polymers on the market and of an important specialisation acquired in replacing metals and alloys with polymers and high-performance technopolymers.
Presently, SAVIOTECH has the following structure:
- a design office working on the mould co-design based on the clients’ needs;
- a mould manufacturing department equipped with: milling machines, plunge erosion, wire erosion, surface grinder, universal grinding machine, drills and other equipment used for mould manufacturing;
- a thermoplastic moulding department equipped with 15 presses;
- a thermosetting and silicone moulding department equipped with 3 presses;
The company is also equipped with dehumidifiers, dryers, mills, ultrasounds and other manufacturing and assembling equipment.
