This boutique property consists of a restaurant placed in a renovated XVII century manor house building and a very modern hotel section which refers in styling and planning to the buildings that once were there. Therefore, our guests have an opportunity to reside in a Stable, a Barn or a Coach House. Dwór Oliwski offers 70 rooms including 2 apartments, 11 junior suits as well as single rooms, double rooms with a double bed or double rooms with twin beds (2 separate beds).

Dwór Oliwski is considered by many sport teams as a perfect place of stay. We had an honour to be chosen by German National Football Federation as a Base Camp for their National Team during EURO 2012 Championships. Apart from Germans, we had several occasions to host other footballers: Polish National Football Team, top teams from Ekstraklasa Polish League (Legia Warszawa, Wisła Kraków), FB Barcelona but also male Polish National Handball team and top volleyball teams such as Russian National one (actual Olympic Champions)and Asseco Resovia Rzeszów.

Dwór Oliwski Hotel offers a modern conference foyer fitted with glass as well as two high-quality conference rooms which can also be divided if needed. Each of them has an access to daylight, air-conditioning and is equipped with necessary audio-video devices allowing to run small business meetings as well as conferences up till 150 participants. For events counting 150-375 participants there is a unique venue in hotel gardens. Elegant, transparent-roof tent with wooden floor, fully furnished, with professional audio-video equipment, lighting and central heating system is a perfect setting for those looking for a sophisticated scenery for a banquet or a conference meeting.
