NDI S.A.

NDI S.A. is a Polish capital-based building contractor and developer.  The Company has its head office in Sopot and a regular field office in Warsaw.

For over 23 years now NDI has organised and pursued investment projects in the real property and infrastructure markets assuming the roles of the developer, general contractor, investor or joint investor.  The list of completed projects in our portfolio includes such facilities as hotels, offices, including seats of prestigious insurance and banking institutions in Poland, residential estates, and trading outlets.  One of most significant projects is Sopot Centre Project, which consisted in the construction of several multifunctional facilities in the heart of Poland’s most famous health resort.

NDI has also become one of significant players in road and railway infrastructure markets. Our flag project in infrastructure consisted in the construction, in consortium with Skanska SA, of 152 km of Poland’s A1 Motorway. We have also successfully modernized ca. 175 km of railway line all over Poland and are one of the leading contractors in the Silesia region responsible for the modernization of tram tracks in the main cities of the region.

In the years of our operations we have extended our know-how and skills required for facing even the most complicated enterprises. Also, we retain the staff of qualified specialists in various disciplines, which enables us to deal with large and demanding projects.
