Gdansk University of Technology, Faculty of Management and Economics

• Gdansk University of Technology is the public largest technical university in the region and one of the oldest technical universities in Poland, with 2,600 employees and more than 27,000 students in 9 faculties.

• The Faculty of Management and Economics was created in 1993 through the merger of:

- Department of Organization and Designing of Production Systems of the Faculty of Machine Technology and Production Organization

-   Institute of Economic and Human Science.

• Now it has about 3000 students.

• There are following departments within the Faculty:

- Department of Economic Sciences

- Department of Economic Analysis and Finance

- Department of Management

- Department of Marketing

- Department of Applied Informatics

- Department of Operational Management Engineering

- Department of Quality Management and Commodity Sciences
