Nexteria is founded in 2011 with the aim to offer to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), innovative services, operationally conceivable and totally conceived, designed and built in Italy.

In just over 3 years Nexteria has built up a team of over 100 professionals and entered into commercial agreements with dozens of companies, increasing revenue by 30% year on year.

With Nexteria they work as consultants, leading competence in many areas, in order to design and implement innovative and concrete solutions that can be immediately experimented and measured operationally at the Milan laboratory. In addition to the headquarters in Milan, Nexteria has also headquartered in Rome and Verona.

Nexteria is also Academy Automotive, with about 800 training days per year, delivered in the technical and commercial fields for major automakers and the most well-known car component manufacturers. The Nexteria Automotive Training Team consists of a network of professionals working in the industry for more than 20 years and covering the entire national territory.
