Real estate company, Celje d.o.o. is a company owned by the municipality of Celje and is a legal successor of Housing fund of Celje municipality. Within the framework of its activities it carries out its mission, which is the fulfillment of the needs for housing and improving living standard of population municipality of Celje, which already has over 50,000 inhabitants.

 

Despite housing privatization in the early 90s, a company, which is at the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning registered as non-profit housing organization, owns a few more than 2300 dwellings, which is more than 10% of all dwellings in the municipality of Celje. With these dwellings is being realized implementation of the municipal housing program, which covers implementation and promotion of housing construction, renovation and maintenance of apartments and houses.


Real estate company, Celje d.o.o. also provides real estate sales. We sell our own real estate, also we purchase and sell real estates directly, we perform the scoring of apartments for determining the value of dwellings and residential buildings, civil engineering, construction management,..


Real estate Celje d.o.o. operations is led by a director Primož Brvar and managed by a seven-member supervisory board appointed by the City Council of the Municipality of Celje, and the chairman of the supervisory board is Mr. Marko Zidanšek.
