COOPERATIVA IL TRIFOGLIO

The cooperative TRIFOGLIO was founded in 2006 to manage marketing and products of all member companies. Currently members of Trifoglio are:  the "Frutto Permesso", fresh and processed fruit and vegetables, the "Beltramino breeding" (Cows), the "Fiore" farm (goats, sheep, cows), the "Brujun" (only sheep) and "Acquaverde" (fish). The cooperative directly manages several outlets, addresses and location of which can be found under the "PLACES" section.
Herds of sheep, goats and cattle are mainly grazing, plain (winter), hill (autumn) and mountain (summer), in order to ensure the highest quality and wholesomeness of products and the animal welfare. From several years, the Cooperative offers the opportunity to visit the farm and livestock, welcoming Italian and foreign groups.
