InfoGroup, a Hungarian-owned property development company has been operating in the domestic real property market for 23 years. In the 90's the holding's profile mainly focused on residential buildings and built over 2000 apartments in Budapest, which made the company rank among the TOP 10 property developers in Hungary in 1999.In the middle of 2000 the company's main focus shifted from residential to commercial properties, namely to industrial parks and office building development.

Office buildings, commercial buildings

The members of the group implementres idential and commercial (office and industrial) property development projects primarily for sale and rental. Such projects are executed primarily on own plats and by own construction.In addition, on ad hoc basis constructions are sometimes performed on lands not owned by the group but involved under an agreement made with the land owner.

Office buildings and residential properties of the group are situated in Budapest. The two industrial parks are located in Eastern Hungary, in Polgár and in Karcag. In 2011 the Polgár Industrial Park won the Best Industrial Park award.

Industrial parks

The sphere of customers includes private individuals, small and medium size Hungarian enterprises, multinational companies, banks, organs of civil administration, and local governments.

Now owners and the management benefit from two generations' experience and knowledge to ensure success and achieve ambitious goals in the future. Both generations are specialized in finance, which ensures financial stability and proper financing and completion of projects.
